CWA Hall of Fame

CWA is accepting nominations for the CWA Hall of Fame. The new inductees will be honored at the 2010 CWA Annual Awards Dinner on October 25, 2010 at the Hilton Suites Chicago during the annual conference. This is a highly prestigious honor awarded to only a few individuals who exemplify true lifetime achievement as journalists in the construction industry.

In 2008 in celebration of its 50th anniversary, the Construction Writers Association created the Hall of Fame to honor journalists for their lifetime achievement in the construction industry. The CWA Founding Fathers – Robert Boger, Duane Cronk, Arthur A. Faber, James T. Jenkins, Jr., E. E. "Gene" Halmos, Henry T. Perez, William H. Quirk, John Rehfeld, Dr. George E. Symons, and Edward Weilepp, along with longtime members Greg Sitek and Gordon Wright, were inducted into the inaugural class at the 2008 Annual Conference.
