Construction Writers Association Presents: 2007 Marketing Communications, Website and Electronic Communications Awards

Buffalo Grove, IL -- The Construction Writers Association presented its annual Marketing Communications, Website and Electronic Communications Awards at the organization's Midyear Meeting in Chicago. Entries were received from associations, advertising agencies, PR firms, large and small contractors, trade associations and publishers. Winners were chosen by impartial judges.

The Website Awards and Electronic Communications Award were presented by chairman Beth Margulies of National Electrical Contractors Association. Three awards were presented:

The Marketing Communications Awards were presented by co-chairs Tina Barbaccia of Aggregates Manager and Don Marsh of Concrete Products. Entries in three categories—corporate communications, public relations and advertising—were evaluated by a panel of judges on the basis of editorial content, graphic design and effectiveness in achieving the stated marketing goals. The judges further divided the entries into subcategories.
