CALL FOR ENTRIES: Construction Writers Association 2009 Journalism and Photography Awards

CHICAGO— Entries are now being accepted for the Construction Writers Association’s annual Journalism and Photography Awards programs. Entries must be postmarked by Monday, March 9, 2009. Winners will be recognized at the 2009 CWA Awards Dinner on May 5, 2009. This prestigious event will be held during the CWA Annual Conference titled Building Connections-Linking Media and People to be held on May 4-6 at the Hotel Monaco in Alexandria, VA.
CWA presents six awards at the annual conference:
- Kneeland “Ned” Godfrey Award for a body of work;
- Robert F. Boger Awards in three categories: feature articles, special reports, and editorials;
- Gordon B. Wright Photography Awards in two categories: single feature photograph and for a series of related photographs.
CWA’s journalism and photography awards are given to individuals, not to the publications in which their work appears. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your credentials for the coming year and build recognition for your company.
